For PR & brand teams

Get your brand named, and described correctly, in AI answers.

When someone asks an assistant which brands to consider, the answer is assembled from what other people have written: the review site, the roundup, the trade article, the forum thread where a customer explained why they switched. Your own website is one voice among those, and not the loudest. That makes AI visibility a PR problem as much as an SEO one: the brands that get named are the ones with coverage the assistants trust, and the brands that get described wrongly are the ones whose facts are stated nowhere the assistants read.

SEO Stuff works on both. We record what the four major assistants say about your brand and your category on day one, earn placements on the publications and review sites they cite, publish the plain facts about your brand where they can find them, and show you the before and after. For the ongoing job of catching and correcting what assistants get wrong, the same team runs Rightcited.

Why earned coverage decides AI visibility

Assistants corroborate. A claim that appears only on a brand's own site is treated as the brand's opinion; the same claim on an independent site is treated as a fact. When ChatGPT or Perplexity answers "which [category] brands are worth considering", the citations under the answer are overwhelmingly third-party: comparison articles, review platforms, industry publications, Reddit threads. A brand with a polished website and no coverage is invisible in a way it would not be in a Google ranking, where a strong page can carry itself.

The same mechanism explains how brands get described wrongly. If the only place your pricing, founding date, ownership or product range is stated clearly is a PDF nobody indexed, the assistant fills the gap from whatever it can find, including a competitor's comparison page or a three-year-old review. The fix is the same as the visibility fix: say the facts plainly where the assistants read, and have independent sites say them too.

What we build for a PR or brand team

  • A baseline on day one: twenty questions about your category and your brand asked of ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, with every answer and every citation on your dashboard
  • 3 DR50+ placements: articles on publications and review sites the assistants already cite for your category, that name your brand, say what it does, and link to you
  • A brand facts page written to be quoted: what you do, who it is for, what it costs, where you operate, who runs it, in plain sentences with a date
  • Pages for the questions the assistants currently answer with a competitor's name, written to be lifted
  • Checks that the assistants' crawlers can read your site, including robots rules and an llms.txt file, with the fixes in the strategy guide
  • An after-report with the same twenty questions, so you can show leadership what moved

What it costs and what it does not include

The Done-For-You Package is $999 one-time: audit and strategy guide within 7 business days, then 10 pages and 3 DR50+ placements within 21. Nothing renews. It does not include a sentiment dashboard or share-of-voice charts; the baseline and after-report show you the full answers, which is usually more useful than a score, and tools like Profound, Peec and Ahrefs Brand Radar exist if you want the charts. For weekly monitoring of fifty questions and fixes when an assistant gets your brand wrong, Rightcited is $499 per brand per month, from the same team.

Questions people ask

Which publications will the placements be on?

Sites with a domain rating of 50 or higher that the assistants already cite for your category, so the mention does work for AI visibility rather than only for a backlink count. Each placement appears on your dashboard as it lands, with the link.

Do you write press releases?

No. Wire releases rarely show up as citations in the baselines we run; the sources assistants lean on are editorial articles, reviews and roundups on sites they already read. The placements are those.

An assistant is saying something wrong about us. Can you fix it?

The package gives the assistants a correct source to prefer: a plain facts page on your site and independent placements that restate the facts. For catching new errors as they appear and getting corrections picked up, Rightcited's weekly checks are built for exactly that.

Do you monitor sentiment or share of voice?

Not as a dashboard. The baseline and after-report show the full text of every answer, so you read the sentiment yourself and quote it to leadership. If you want charts, Profound, Peec and Ahrefs Brand Radar sell them, and our comparison pages cover what they cost.

How do we report this internally?

The dashboard gives you the twenty questions, the four assistants' answers before and after, and the citation counts. Most teams paste the before-and-after answers for three or four questions into a slide; it lands harder than a score.

Can you work alongside our PR agency?

Yes. The placements are additive to whatever earned coverage your agency is securing, and the strategy guide names the questions and sources that matter for AI answers, which agencies find useful for their own pitching.
